The City is conveniently located just east of Denver in Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas Counties. With 290,000 residents, it is the second most populous city in the metro area and the third most populous city in the state. The easy commute into either downtown Denver or the Denver Tech Center makes this an ideal community to live in. Denver's light rail system is being extended into the area and is expected to be completed around 2007. This will allow for quick and easy access to the Denver Tech Center and Downtown Denver.
