The Newlin Meadows community in Parker, Colorado offers residents the winning combination of stunning home designs, views of the Front Range, and access to the highly acclaimed Douglas County schools.  Ensconced in the popular Town of Parker, an energetic community 27 miles south of Denver real estate, residents of Newlin Meadows real estate enjoy great local shopping, green belts, trails, parks, and a homeowners association.  The neighborhood offers Parker CO real estate facing the community’s park as well as access to Reuter-Hess Reservoir and the Parker Recreation Center.

Real estate in Parker, Colorado—once exclusively ranches and farms—thoughtfully preserves the atmosphere of small-town life in its master-planned communities, subdivisions, and neighborhoods.  Newlin Meadows’ single-family homes are designed and constructed by top-notch builders such as David Weekley Homes and Ryland Homes on substantial-sized lots with awesome views of mountains and green space.

A variety of floor plans ranging from about 2,000 square feet to 3,500 square feet for three, four, or five bedrooms are priced from the early $300s to over $500,000.  David Weekly’s designs include Blue Spruce at $375,990, Eldora at $391,990, Loveland at $377,990, Powderhorn at $411,990, and Quandary Peak at $411,900.  Not bad for the gracious square footage, finishes, and layouts.

Newlin Meadows is served by the award-winning Douglas County School System.  Children attend nearby Prairie Crossing Elementary School (grades KG-06), Sierra Middle School (grades 07-08), and Chaparral High School (grades 09-12).  In addition, there are several parochial schools and a Montessori school in town.  The University of Phoenix—Colorado is the closest institution for higher learning.

Longtime resident and developer Jim Nicholson received the Cornerstone Award for his work in the community and residents carry on with the same enthusiasm helping in the schools and with community events.  With a progressive attitude, the resourceful community welcomes businesses and services and employs the latest technology to foster a hometown spirit.  They will hook up online or broadcast local events or put their heads together to improve the quality of life.  With the median age at only 32 and the median income of $93,000, there is bountiful ingenuity in these parts.

The 42,000 hard-working residents enjoy coming home to over 60 miles of maintained walking trails meander through town, up to Cherry Creek, and up to LoDo.  They also have a good time on the ski slopes a little over an hour away.  And they know that it is possible to find every other amenity in the metropolitan area:  theaters, music, professional sports, rodeos, fine dining, shopping, museums, an international airport, and colleges, universities, and trade schools, and a broad scope of employment options.

From the Mile High City, take I-25 South to Lincoln Avenue.  Go east to Jordan Road and turn right.  Continue on to Main Street and turn right.  Go one mile to Newlin Gulch Boulevard and turn left.  Continue south approximately 2 miles.
